- We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Most orders are processed through the USPS but may be shipped through UPS or FedEX. All orders are shipped once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All orders are shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

- Returns & Exchanges
- Oldschoolcity.com is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all products sold by oldschoolcity.com. Simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly process your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and not have any evidence of being worn or used in any manner. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
How to Return Merchandise:
Use the original carton whenever possible. Otherwise use a strong and secure carton, sealed securely with tape. Fill out and enclose the return form, found on the back of the packing slip you received with your order. Use the pre-printed return label provided on the packing slip you received with your order. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D returns.
We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. Exchanges:
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please return using the enclosed label and packing slip. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
If you wish to receive an item in exchange for the original item (including different size and/or color), please return the original item with our original Packing Slip and packaging, and place a new order for the item of your choice. We will process your refund upon receipt of the original item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. - Ordering
